Webotrix is a web agency offering websites, SEO and online marketing for local business owners in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide yourself via our contact form or audit form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name (if provided)
• Website URL (if provided)
• The content of your message

Why we process your data

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, to contact you and, if you wish, to start working together. We don't send unsolicited newsletters and we don't share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract — when you contact us with a view to working together.
• Legitimate interest — to be able to follow up on your enquiry properly.
• Your consent — for the use of analytics cookies.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that don't lead to a collaboration are kept for a maximum of 12 months, so we can follow up if you get in touch again. Client data is kept for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as legally required (for accounting purposes: 7 years).

Who we share your data with

We only share your data with processors that are necessary to deliver our service:

• Resend — for delivering emails sent through our forms.
• Vercel — for hosting this website.

Both parties act as processors and are contractually bound by the GDPR.
